Become a Vendor
A limited number 10 x 10 foot slots are available for vendors for our 3-day Festival of Trees. Show your wares to thousands of shoppers on this critical holiday week!
Vendor spots often sell out so please submit your requests early. Not all applicants will be accepted. Thank you!
Your application will be reviewed by the Vendor Selection Committee. You will be contacted to confirm it if you have been accepted. Upon acceptance, a deposit in the amount of $200 will secure your space, and this amount will be deducted from the balance due.
Your exhibits will now be visually central to the weekend crowds and optionally to the adult parties on Friday and Saturday nights. Please submit your application requests as early as possible for consideration by the committee.

Sunday, November 18, 4:00 pm. No early breakdown permitted.
Important Additional Information:
Table location is at the discretion of the Ann’s Place Festival Committee.
- Insurance: Ann’s Place Inc. (and the Danbury Sports Dome) assume no responsibility for damage, theft, personal injury or loss of exhibitor work, personal property, or display property. We urge all vendors to carry their own insurance.
- Each Vendor is responsible for staffing his or her own booth for the full duration of Festival. Vendors are responsible for processing their own sales, collecting, and reporting CT sales tax.
- All Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their area clean during show hours, including clean up at the end of show. To avoid having a cleanup fee assessed, please plan your inventory levels accordingly and remove waste packaging daily.
