Non-personally-identifiable information: Comparable with other Web servers, the Festival of Trees web server for Ann’s Place automatically creates log files for each visitor who accesses our site. These files allow us to make our site more useful to our visitors. As a condition of employment, our staff members and volunteers sign a confidentiality pledge for non-disclosure of personal or financial information of clients, donors, and volunteers of Ann’s Place. We use a PCI (Payment Card Industry)-compliant payment service provider over a secure network.

Our website contains links to other websites operated by our partners, sponsors, vendors, or other third parties which are covered by their own privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We have no control over their collection of information, use, and disclosure practices. Children’s use of the Festival of Trees website

This website is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13 without verification of parental/legal guardian consent. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use or provide any information on or through our website. If you believe we have such information from or about a child under the age of 13, please email us at If your family would like to participate in a Festival contest(s), you may include your children in the project with parental consent and registration by a parent. Names and ages of the children should not be included with information to be published. If you provide your written consent, you may include their image in a family photo. We sometimes post photos of children with their parents or in groups at live public events, but we do not include personally identifying information. In the 2020 Festival Contests, there are not live public components.


The laws that apply to those accessing our website from outside the United States

Our website is hosted in and governed by the laws of the United States. The Festival of Trees 2020 Holidays@Home Contest is not open to non-US citizens.
