Volunteer
Festival of Trees needs over 500 volunteers to make the magic happen!
So don your elf hats and ugly holiday sweaters (optional attire!) and sign up. You can do a single shift or dedicate an entire day. We need greeters, cashiers, set-up, clean-up and more.
We use an online portal called Sign-Up Genius to fill all of the slots. To get started:
Fill out a volunteer application here and select Festival of Trees on the application.
Then, a few weeks before Festival of Trees, you will receive a link and password to Sign-up Genius

The Festival of Trees is Greater Danbury’s signature holiday event and Ann’s Place’s biggest fundraiser. Join us as we create holiday magic with a forest of decorated trees, high-end raffles prizes and a boutique of gifts and crafts. This is our largest event with 4000-5000 attendees over three days with incredible in-person and digital visibility before and during the weekend.

Become a Vendor
With thousands of patrons shopping at prime holiday time, this is a must attend event for artisanal vendors. Vendors are carefully chosen to have a wide variety of high-quality items with an eye for what our patrons prefer. If you have holiday gift items that can’t be purchased in a department store, this is an ideal place for you to show your wares.

Donate to our Raffle and Auction!
Our raffle is the talk of the town! Thousands of people can drop in their raffle tickets to win your beautifully displayed item. From kayaks and window washing to our grand prizes worth $2,000, this raffle has it all.
Your auction prize donation of a unique item or experience can entice bidders at Festival or online to support Ann's Place in yet another generous way.
We are no longer taking donations for 2023, but please remember us in 2024!
Decorate & Donate A Tree
The most magical part of Festival are the beautiful trees! They are each handcrafted by a group or individual and donated to the Festival.
